Chris Tremaine, founder and principal of Tremaine Enterprises, Inc. has established himself as an evaluation specialist in the world of structural and non-structural damages resulting from natural and man-made catastrophes. His career as a public adjuster and claims consultant began in 2001 following more than 20 years in the construction industry, including nearly a decade of experience providing appraisal and claims consulting services to clients. He is currently licensed and insured in multiple states across the country. Amongst his multiple duties, his primary goals are to focus on assisting clients through the evaluation process of damages and leading the necessary team of consultants and experts to tabulate the cost to restore clients to their pre-loss condition.
Mr. Tremaine has been instrumental in assisting clients of major disasters with over 20 years of experience including
those affected by the Gulf Region and Atlantic hurricanes, California & Chilean earthquakes, Midwest tornados, and Western wildfires. His clients range from single-family dwellings, historical buildings, high-rise complexes, hospitals and assisted living facilities, educational institutions, and church facilities to entire incorporated cities throughout the United States. With his professional knowledge, diversity and innovation, Mr. Tremaine quickly adapts his past experience to new catastrophic events, noting scenario commonalities in particular natural disasters. He utilizes his vast experience from the construction and adjusting industries in his practices while working with counsel at several large reputable firms as well.
